EVENT ASSISTANT
Trish Beck Events is seeking a Event Assistants to join our team specifically for Event Days.
This contractor position is scheduled on an as-needed basis for events, primarily weekends in the Spring & Fall.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Installation and Design Execution
Assist in directing vendor installations
Wedding Party Concierge & Direction
Ceremony Cues
Follow timeline and anticipate needs
Monitor and assist in all aspects of the Wedding Day
Requirements
Detail Oriented is a must.
Self Starter that takes initiative
Pay is based on experience and the needs of the event.
Trish Beck Events is seeking a Production Assistant to join our team.
This position will be responsible for:
Wedding Planning Administrative work
i.e. Timeline prep, shipping & receiving, maintaining files, scheduling, etc.
General Marketing
i.e. social media posting & content creation, photograph organization, reels & story content creation
Event Manager
i.e. installations, setup of client personal items, wedding party concierge, etc.
Requirements
Wedding & Event Experience is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
Please Note:
Part Time Position with a minimum of ten hours per week.
Hourly Pay based on experience.
Trish Beck Events is now accepting applications for the Wedding Planning & Production Intern.
Trish Beck Events offers 4 month internships for the Spring Season (February through May) and the Fall Season (August through November) for a required commitment of at least 300 total hours.
This opportunity is open to college students and/or other individuals interested in gaining work experience in the wedding industry.
Internship Experience to include:
Getting to know the Industry & Trish Beck Events
Understanding the Client
Marketing & Sales
Discovery & Foundation, Planning, Design, Production, & Event Management
Final Project Presentation
In addition to the above experience, Intern will also be responsible for administrative duties in the Trish Beck Event office, including filing, paperwork, and other tasks as assigned.
Intern will also be expected to work as setup and event assistant for weddings.
Event days will be compensated as separate from the internship on a day rate basis.
Internship is temporary and does not guarantee employment at the conclusion of the term.
